Claims

Even if the percentage of defects in the delivered goods is insignificant, it is good to know that we will solve any shortcomings and problems immediately to your satisfaction. It's in our interest to resolve everything as quickly as possible, so you don't have to worry about waiting any longer than necessary (usually resolved within a few days).

When can I submit a claim?

We are responsible for defects in the goods upon delivery and which become apparent during the next 24 months. However, we are not responsible for newly created defects, especially if they were caused by improper use. For used goods, we are not responsible for defects corresponding to the degree of use or wear and tear that the used goods had at the time of receipt. In the case of goods with the indicated shelf life, we are also responsible for ensuring that the goods will be fit for use throughout this period.

Please note that the increased sensitivity or case of allergic reaction to the delivered goods cannot be considered to be a defect of the goods. Similarly, defects in gifts and other gratuitous performance that we provide to you beyond the scope of the order cannot be considered a defect. The images of the goods in our online shop are illustrative and do not constitute a binding display of the properties of the goods (for example, the packaging of the goods may vary due to a change in the packaging by the manufacturer).

What rights do I have when submitting a claim?

In the event of a defect in the goods, we can jointly agree on compensation in the form of a voucher.

In addition, you are entitled to request the removal of the defect through replacement delivery or repair.

If such removal of the defect would be impossible or disproportionate for us, you are entitled to claim a discount from the purchase price. In this case, you will keep the goods and we will refund you a part of the purchase price.

If there is also a significant defect, you can also withdraw from the purchase contract. In this case, please send the goods back to us and we will pay you the full purchase price paid.

How can I submit a claim?

In the event that you fill in the form without the help of our staff, be sure to indicate in what you see a defect in the goods or how the defect manifests itself, or your request for the method of handling.

We will inform you in writing about the course of the claim processing, in particular about its receipt, settlement or rejection via e-mail or text messages. We can also contact you by phone.

We will decide about the complaint promptly. Its processing, including the removal of the defect, will not usually take more than 30 days. Otherwise, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. In order to meet this deadline, we need your necessary cooperation.
