Orders

1. I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Every order confirmation email is automatically sent from info@notsofunnyany.com. If you can't find it in your Inbox, it's possible that it has gone into Spam, Junk, Deleted, or Archives. Some email domains divide your mail into different categories, such as Social Media or Promotions, so try looking there as well.

2. When is the order complete?

The order is completed after you have received the order number, which will be displayed to you along with a summary of the information after payment has been made on our site. If you have chosen cash on delivery or bank transfer, you will also see the necessary payment information on this page. All information will be automatically sent to your email address.

Payment options

1. Why can't I pay by card?

There may be several reasons for this:

Payment limits – this may be due to the limit you have set with your bank. Make sure that you do not exceed this limit (i.e. the maximum amount allowed per transaction), but also taking into account the number of payments (allowed number of transactions per day).
Incorrect entered details – we all make mistakes from time to time. Please check that all details such as card number, expiration date, CVV/CVC code and 3DS code are entered correctly.
Browser closed – please do not close the browser after you have paid for the order and wait for confirmation of successful payment. Otherwise, the payment may not be processed.
Back button – once you have paid the order, please do not click the back button and wait for confirmation of successful payment. Otherwise, the payment may not be processed.
Payment declined – in this case, we recommend contacting your bank to find out why the payment was declined (insufficient funds, insufficient 3DS verification, etc.)

2. What is 3D Secure?

3D Secure is a modern internet payment method with the highest possible protection. NOT SO FUNNY ANY supports this method of secure purchase, however, the 3D Secure protocol can be handled differently by each bank. In most cases, you will receive a one-time password on your mobile phone. Some banks, especially foreign ones, consider 3D Secure Verification to be a step such as asking a personal security question. If you are having trouble verifying your payment, please contact your bank. NOT SO FUNNY ANY, as a merchant, has no influence on the payment verification.

3. Why didn't I receive a notification that I couldn't pay for my order with my card?

The payment gateway will always notify you of the status of the transaction – whether the payment is successful or not. Only if you pay and then close your browser during payment verification will you not see this notification. Therefore, please always wait for your payment confirmation.

4. How can I pay by bank transfer?

An online bank transfer is a payment method where the payment gateway redirects you to your online banking environment. In the banking system, you will see a pre-populated bank order, which you confirm to make the payment.
 
After successful payment you will be redirected back to the payment gateway, which will show you the result of the payment and send you information about the payment by email.
 

5. Is it possible to redeem Sodexo/Edenred vouchers?

We do not accept Sodexo and Edenred vouchers yet.

Special offers, promotions and clearance sales usually last until stocks run out or are limited in date. Would you like to be the first to receive information about special offers? Sign up and you won't miss a thing.

2. Why is the description missing for some products?

We work intensively on product descriptions and try to add new information constantly. If you don't find any information about the product you're viewing, don't hesitate to contact us. We're happy to help you with everything.

3. Why does a product that came to me look different than in the photo?

We often innovate our products, which often means creating a new design, inscription, packaging and other changes. Even though we are constantly updating our site, there may be a situation where an old photo appears on the upgraded product.
