1. Personal data processed
When operating this website, which also functions as our e-shop, we process visitor data through cookies. If you decide to make a purchase with us, we will process your contact and delivery data solely for the purpose of executing your order. In case of registration on our website, we process the data provided by you and the data on the history of your purchases. We also process the data of visitors to the site who have subscribed to our newsletter and the data of visitors who have used the opportunity to contact us online.

They collect information about which of our products you are interested in. However, we also collect this data only if you give us your consent when you first visit our website, which you can revoke at any time.
If you do not give us your consent, of course, nothing happens, unfortunately, less advertising will not be displayed to you, but it will probably not relate to products that you may be really interested in.
3. Purchase of goods
If you purchase any goods from us, we will process the identification, contact, payment and delivery data provided by you in order to quickly and smoothly process your order. Without this data, we will not be able to process the order, so providing it is our contractual requirement. However, we will not use your personal data for any other purposes and will only pass such data on to a carrier of your choice for the purpose of delivering the ordered goods. We will retain your data on the basis of our legitimate interests for a period of 3 years from your order for in case of a claim regarding goods or other legal claims. If you decide to lodge a claim regarding the goods, for whatever reason, some of your personal data may be transferred to the supplier of the particular product, who will handle the complaint. We have a legitimate interest in making shopping with us as easy as possible, so we will store the contents of your shopping cart so that you can return to it at any time in the future. If you are a registered user and did not exclude this option during registration, we will remind you of the incomplete purchase via email. You can also cancel the storage of the contents of the basket and the sending of notifications at any time via this link.
4. Registration
If you have used the opportunity to register on our site, we will store the personal data you provide so that we can provide you with this service and make shopping easier for you. We also store your purchase and booking history to keep track of the status of your orders and transactions. If you do not tell us that you do not wish to do so during registration, we will send you news, offers and discounts related to products similar to those you have purchased from us in the past, based on our legitimate interests in improving the services provided. However, you will have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter in any such message.
5. Newsletter
You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter via the form on our website. If you use this option, we will, based on your consent, send you information about discount events, products and offers and then evaluate whether you are interested in our offer or not, for example, depending on whether you visit any of the links to the goods we recommend. You can revoke your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link that will be in every email you receive from us.
6. Contests
Throughout the year, we organise a number of competitions, most often through our social media accounts. If you participate in any of these competitions, we will process the data provided by you only for the purpose of implementing the competition, in particular when drawing lots, contacting winners, handing over prizes and publishing the results. If it is not in our power to ensure the fulfilment of any winnings (e.g. a trip) we pass on the winners' data to third parties.
7. Recipients of personal data
We process your data only in the Czech Republic. In no case do we sell them to third parties, nor do we pass them on to anyone else, unless it is strictly necessary. However, sometimes we need help with processing, because we can't do everything ourselves. In such cases, your personal data is processed for us by our long-term and trusted partners, strictly bound by contractual and legal obligations pertaining to personal data protection, which we carefully select and continuously review.
8. Rights related to the processing of personal data
You have the right to request information about the categories of personal data being processed, the purpose, time and nature of the processing and the recipients of the personal data. You will find the necessary basic information above, but we will be happy to answer any of your questions. You can contact us using the contact details listed below. You also have the right to request a copy of the personal data being processed. If you choose to exercise your right, we will provide you with a free copy within 30 days. If you are a registered user of our e-shop, you can also access all data online. If one of your personal data changes, you have the right to have this data processed by us modified. In this case, please let us know and we will do our best to correct or complete your personal data. You have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of your personal data without undue delay and the restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject. If, despite our security measures, the security of your personal data is breached and there is a risk that the breach will unfortunately result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will inform you immediately and we will do our best to prevent any negative consequences. You can also always object to the processing of personal data if your objection relates to any form of direct marketing, and should you do so then we will immediately stop processing personal data for these purposes. The easiest way to file such an objection is to use the unsubscribe link found in any such message you receive from us. As in the case of an objection, you can always lodge a complaint with a regulatory body.
